“DEAD MAN” TALKING WHILE IN HIDING

Wanted ex-Philippine election commissioner, Virgilio Garcillano, recently came out from hiding in his den below like a groundhog and looked for his shadow. He didn’t see his own shadow but the shadow of so-called first gentleman Mike Arroyo. So he stayed out in the open and started to talk like a parrot FOR THE SAKE OF PHILIPPINE JUSTICE, LET IT BE SAID THAT THIS WITNESS IS A TAMPERED WITNESS AND WILL ONLY TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT GMA’S LYING, CHEATING, AND STEALING AT THE BRINK OF HIS DEATH.

Philippine justice does not need the testimony of Garcillano whose mind seems to be etched straight from that of his father, the Devil. There is more than enough reliable witnesses and solid evidences to convict the pretending Philippine president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her legion of plunder, violations of the Constitution, graft and corruption, and other crimes.

If majority of the Filipino people believes that GMA cheated during the last presidential elections and wants her out of Malacanang sooner rather than later, then she is no longer immune from criminal prosecution. There is no need to wait for another chance to impeach her in Congress because the impeachment process only applies to a legitimate president.

The courts of law in the Philippines are waiting for cases to be filed against
GMA and her accomplices. This is the time when all those inquiries and fact-finding initiatives would be useful to make available evidences and witnesses in the pursuit of justice. Again I say nobody wants any Filipino blood to be shed in bringing out the truth. So let the law prevail and prosecute the criminals.

I believe there still exists at least ten good Filipino leaders for the Philippines to be spared God’s punishment a la Sodom and Gomorrah. Let’s keep hoping for the “silver lining.”

BOUGHT WITH FILIPINO PEOPLE'S MONEY

New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg won re-election as Mayor of the greatest city in the world. Once again he did it and bought City Hall with his own money around $90 million this second time around.

Mike Arroyo, so called First Gentleman being married to a bogus Philippine president, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, also bought Malacanang in the 2004 presidential elections with stolen Filipino’s money running in billions of Philippine pesos. He is still using the people’s money to buy off witnesses scheduled to testify against his criminal activities, gangster-style.

Truly there has been a preponderance of evidence against the Malacanang duo sort of a Bonnie and Clyde enterprise to support charges of electoral fraud, plunder, conspiracy, bribery, violations of the Constitution, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, and other crimes now being prepared by the Citizens’ Congress for Truth and Accountability (CCTA), a fact-finding body organized by a group of concerned Filipino citizens. Whenever they are ready with their report, I strongly urge them to provide copies to the major Heads of States in the world, led by President Bush of the United States of America and Prime Minister Tony Blair of the United Kingdom.

Of course, nobody wants any Filipino blood to be shed just to oust these thieving couple of the Philippines. So let’s try one last peaceful means: convince the international community to withdraw recognition of the questionable presidency of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Once international recognition is withdrawn and GMA still refuses to leave office, then the Filipino people can do something drastic to remove her physically and kick her out to American Samoa.

LINE FOR THE HANGING TREE

Gloria Macapagal Arroyo or GMA as commonly called by the Philippine media is small but shrewd. And she is fast behaving like a shrew as the acting President of the Republic of the Philippines by virtue of an illegitimate power grab in 2001 and a rigged election in 2004.

Despite the Filipino people’s vigorous calls for Gloria to resign, she still clings to a stolen property. She challenged her opposition in Congress to remove her through impeachment. It’s a bait and switch scheme, GMA style. The opposition lost and Malacanang knew it before it happened. GMA filled the dirty pockets of her political allies in Congress who are in the majority with stolen public funds and instructed them to kill the impeachment move. At this stage of the fight, the devil won. Those who are willing to sell their souls for “30 pieces of silver” are still in the majority. Yet these fallen souls “walking to and fro” with their wily smiles along the halls in Malacanang, in the Philippine Congress, the Philippine Military and Police, the Supreme Court, the media, the business community, and the Church have already qualified to join the line for the hanging tree.

In a recent speech before a Philippine media group, GMA recklessly called her political opponents who organized a people’s fact-finding congress called Citizens Congress for Truth and Accountability as “losers” and “destabilizers.” Does she consider 1993 Ramon Magsaysay Awardee Dr. Bienvenido Lumbera, Sr.Mary John Mananzan of St. Scholastica’s College, Dr. Maria Serena Diokno, and several successful Filipinos in business, law, education, and various fields as “losers” and “destabilizers.” Short of a violent move to kick her out of Malacanang, this should be the last peaceful course of action by those who truly want to see the evidences that will support the charges of GMA’s cheating, lying, and stealing. If she claims that she prays to her god who put her in power, then she must try to clear her name and refute the charges against her in public with evidences. If she keeps disregarding the mission of such a fact-finding body, then it’s tantamount to her admission of guilt. If such is the case, then GMA must repent and go in peace. But if she still holds to a stolen property, then she must be arrested by the Filipino people.

Since the case of The Filipino People v. GMA is a domestic issue, the international community led by the United States does not want to meddle or even comment. When the evidences are evaluated and would show that GMA did rig the 2004 presidential elections, misused public funds for her presidential campaign and other illegal projects, used gambling money to bribe election officials including the military and police, and used “blood” money to kill political enemies, it’s time for the whole world to clamor for Gloria’s ouster and punishment.

NO AMERICAN SUPPORT FOR GLORIA

In its shameful attempt to claim U.S. support for the crumbling Arroyo regime, Malacanang mistook US Sen. Richard Lugar as the one who advised the late dictator Ferdinand E. Marcos to “cut and cut cleanly” after millions of Filipinos started to march towards Mendiola to physically remove Marcos from power. To refresh their erratic memory, it was the late Senator Paul Laxalt of Nevada, a friend of former American President Ronald Reagan, who gave Marcos the ultimate nudge to quit and escape to Hawaii.

No American leader or politician can straightforwardly say that he or she supports the corrupt and graft-ridden administration of de facto Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Even a Filipino American FBI Intelligence Analyst, Leandro Aragoncillo, appeared to have sacrificed his career for the sake of releasing the truth about the immoral and evil character of the current Arroyo administration.

When asked pointblank by acting DFA Secretary Edsel Custodio to give a categorical statement of United States support for the government of Gloria, acting United States Charge d’Affaires Paul Jones responded in this manner: “We have a very important relationship here in the Philippines with the government on substantive issues including the fight against terrorism, assistance to government and the private sector, to create economic opportunities here.” To translate it in plain and undiplomatic words, the American diplomat tried to explain that the United States concern is with things that will benefit the Filipino people such as the fight against terrorism, American foreign aid to bolster the public and private sectors, and create jobs for the masses. When his statement failed to mention Arroyo, he expressed in a subtle way the negative American attitude towards the illegitimate president that she cannot satisfy these concerns.

Again when asked about the veracity of the released classified US intelligence reports characterizing the Arroyo administration as “high risk,” and “in shambles” and its only direction is “down,” another American diplomat, Ruth Urry who is the information officer of the US Embassy in Manila, refused to comment because of a “serious ongoing investigation” in the United States related to such reports. Once again, her no comment response is not an affirmation of support for Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as claimed by Malacanang propagandists.

At any rate, it won’t be long when the words “cut and cut cleanly” reach the ears of Gloria and she would listen in order to stop the shedding of Filipino blood for the sake of democracy. Let’s hope she would not be like the Egyptian Pharaoh, Ramses, of the Bible whose heart was so hardened that he refused to accept the truth: And God punished him.
